Urgent printing questions
Can you really print the same day?
Yes, for most digital jobs with print-ready artwork received early in the day. Send your file on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the exact collection time before you commit.
What file format should I send for a rush job?
A print-ready PDF in CMYK with 3mm bleed is ideal. We also accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, AI and PSD files and will flag anything that needs fixing.
Do you do urgent business cards and flyers?
Yes. Business cards, flyers, posters, banners and documents are our most common same-day requests in Kuala Lumpur.
Can I collect or do you deliver?
Both. You can collect from us in Kuala Lumpur, or we can arrange a rider for delivery across the Klang Valley for time-critical orders.
What if my artwork isn't ready?
Our in-house design team can fix or create artwork quickly. Send us what you have on WhatsApp and we'll advise the fastest route.
